I've known this women for a month and we fouled around but she has never said outright that she likes me. i think she does but can't be sure. she could just like being free and having fun

Like you in what way?? Maybe she does like you but liking someone may not be enough to just jump into situations that will not allow him/ her to free and/or have fun. Just enjoy your friendship or whatever type of relationship that you have with her now and just see what happens. Sometimes the grass isn't always greener...

She'll give you special attention and treat you nice.
She'll go out of way to talk w/you. you'll smell how sweet her perfume is and you will also notice what she wears.
You should do the same., around her, be extra nice, talk to her in a gentle way to show your sensitivity. And always be respectful of her. Most times we forget that we have sisters, moms and someday, the woman of your dreams will be your wife. so treat women NICE>

If you feel something from her, its mostly likely there. If she does things for you then there is a good chance she likes you.
Might be easier said than done but asking her straight out can ease you mind and will be 100% sure.

She does a lot of effort to maybe impress u, she'd find excuses to be closer to u, she'd help u a lot. And mind u, show respect to her and tell her jokes or do something that she likes, 4 she might be ur future someday.

firstly she will pay attention to you. hang on every word you say. look you in the eye. laugh at your stupid jokes. gently touch your arm. stuff like that.
