my sister was raped so i stabed the man 28 times. Im 16, look im not crazy i thought it was justice because they couldnt catch the guy and i didnt want him to strike again. i dont know th rules on this stuff. can someone tell me, and tell me im not crazy???

Youll probablly get charge for aggravated murder if they can prove you did it. Since your computer records are on your comp they can use what you wrote here.

How many people that have been in this situation HAVEN'T wanted to do that? I saw something on T.V. about someone that killed a little boy and his mother or grandmother was on the stand in court and held a photo up of the little boy in his coffin. The father or grandfather(can't remember which)got so upset when he saw the photo that he attacked the guy that killed the little boy. But I didn't blame him one bit for going for it! Of course the police in court pulled the guy off of the other one. The law should allow the victim or victim's family 5-10 minutes to knock the hell out of someone that has hurt someone else-no it doesn't make it right or bring any one back but the victim or victim's family might feel a little better.

Wow....you're in some deep sh**. Being a woman who was raped and they guy who did it got away with it because of the "law", I know what your sister must be feeling. However, my brother didn't kill him he just beat the crap out of him and told him that if he ever came near me or hurt anyone else again he would beat the crap out of him again and then cut his dick off.
It's perfectly natural to feel rage and the URGE to kill another human being. However, most people don't act on it. I don't think you're crazy, but I do think you need to seek psych. help. Killing someone can make a person go crazy because killing another person is a hard thing to do and deal with.
I think you should start off by hiring yourself a damn good lawyer.
Once you do, you and your lawyer should make your way to the police station so you can turn yourself in. It's better if you turn yourself in versus them collecting enough evidence to arrest and charge you. If you turn yourself in the chances of having the death penalty taken off the table increases.
I wish you and your sister luck--you're both going to need it.

Okay first of all, In the eyes of God you can kill a rapist without being charged. If someone has assulted someone then you have that right to do just that. But the US law is different Islamic it is your right if you have right evidents and stuff like that. I dont think your crazy I know alot of ppl that would have done the same. But they never did. You need to know that killing a person is hard. Its not what you thought you would feel, but dont have anyone tell you its wrong to kill a rapist. or a child molestor I dont think soo. but that is how I feel I think you should make sure you turn yourself in and let them know that it was out of anger

I don't know when you did this or where you're at,but you need to turn yourself in immediately. You're not crazy and I understand fully why you did it and really don't blame you personally,but nevertheless,we can't go around taking the law into our own hands,Hon, and if you knew who it was,you could have perhaps just done something to make the guy have to stay in one place until the cops could get there to arrest him. It will go better for you if you turn yourself in rather than wait for them to find you on their own. If they found the guy's body,then there's an investigation going on and it's only a matter of time before they find you! TURN YOURSELF IN NOW!

If this is to be true and just not some kid with to much time on his hands, it would be wise to go turn yourself in. True it wasn't a very nice thing that he did to your sister, but neither is killing a person any better. So go do the right thing and turn yourself in.

but not stab him but but put hes D**K in a vice with a lock in the middle of the house than have a knife next to him the set the house on fire so he have it cut it off or burn to death

if anything u need a pat on the bac. i have 3 girls and if anythin happened to them like that i would torture the dude VERY slowly, but would let him live (w/o his man hood, it would be n the blender & i would make him drink every drop). he couldnt say he aint get it bac. i bet u think that i'm the crazy one, hu?
