How do I get into Des Moines University School of Medicine?

I'm going to be a sophomore this year at a university, and my dream is to go to DMU for medical education. Is it really hard to get in there? My grades are pretty good, and I have an unstoppable desire to go there. Just wanted to see if anyone could tell me how competitive it is. Thank!
