I'm selling my 2006 Nissan Sentra. Manual transmission, manual windows and locks. CD player, A/C, MP3 hookup, dual air-bags, 4-door.
it has 20,000 miles and comes with bumber to bumper 100,000 miles extended warranty comes with the car.

So how much would you pay for it. And please don't tell me to go to kelly blue book, I'm just asking you how much you would pay.
Thanks!

$10,500 at the most!!

It would depend on the trim level and the condition of the vehicle of course, but the 20,000 miles does hurt the value!!

Look in the auto trader, autotrader.com, or newspaper and see what comparable cars are selling for. If the blue book is 10 grand, but all 06' are priced around 8 grand in your area, then you may have some trouble getting rid of it. When I sold my Acura, I put it into the autotrader and priced it comparably to the other Acura TLs in there. After a few weeks of it not selling, I called them and dropped the price little by little until it sold (took about 2 months). The dealer offered me 8 grand for it. I started it off at 12 and ended up getting 10.5 for it using this method.

Kelly Blue Book is totally inaccurate, don't ever use an internet pricing guide to sell your vehicle. From what you are describing it sounds like a Nissan Sentra 1.8(basically no options). Purchasing from an individual I would pay at most $9000.

it's difficult to say from just a description i worked at a car lot for 13 years. To give an appropriate estimate you would have to have someone physically look at it. Being in the used car business you learn not to take the sellers word for it. However if the car is in top condition motor as well as body then I would say about 8-10k

Based on the information you gave us and after consulting KBB I guess I'd give around 8,500 to 9,000 if your vehicle is in excellent condition. If it's not then what I'd pay would be less. Hope it helps.

8000 after inspection by mechanic. If the miles have been done in the city, I wouldn't buy it.

to decide what I would pay I would look in autotrader.com and e-bay for comparable models/I know it only has 20K miles but you have to state condition to get accurate results
