If someone you have been dating goes away on a 2 week business trip, is it normal for them not to call? I have not received a phone call in over a week and the e-mails are short and not very involved. Should I wait until he comes home or move on because he is wasting my time???

He could be busy, or he may not have the extra money to spend on a call - they are expensive from hotels, plus internet service is sometimes pricy and slow.
Give him a chance and see how he reacts when he gets back

If you know this person well you know if he's really on a business trip that's keeping him busy or he's out messing around. Follow your first mind about moving on or waiting around for him to come home. Don't play you self short trust me.

He might just be busy, that's what you want to think but the truth is probably not what you want to hear, but he's not that in to you. You should read the book "He's Not That Into You" by Greg Behrendt. I don't know the whole story behind this business trip, but read this book and you will be much happier. This is a book a female should keep on her bookshelf till the day they die.

He's on a business trip, so he probably doesn't have much time. Or, he could also be conveniently using this trip to distance himself from you. One never knows...and you won't either until he returns from the trip. Then it will all come together.

good question....how do we know what he is doing...but you need to have a little trust...but on the other hand how hard is it for him to pick up the phone and call you... i would ask him about this..if he emails you just ask him why he is not calling and why his emails are not telling you anything....i would wait until he comes home before i break up with him to see if he acts more normal when he gets back...how well do you know him??? do you feel he is trustworthy..you should know more than we do so you need to make the decision...

that depends on how much you love them and trust them
if you trust him and beleive hes not that kinda guy, then you could wait forever and beleive his everywords
what if hes just busy and stressed out, and he comes back to find that uve got rid of him when he loved you with all his heart.
