This is the only program that is working for me because it is teaching me portion control. I treat my points like a checking account and try not to "over spend." Thankfully there are bonus points for those days that become too much of a struggle. I really like WW because I can eat what my husband and friends are eating...and I can spend points on a beer! :) I also think the price is reasonable for the support you get at meetings. You don't have to buy supplements or bars, no prepackaged food and you can remain a member for life if you feel this is what you need. Throughout my life I've tried Jenny Craig, Herbalife, LA Weightloss AND Nutrasystem...yeah, I know, that is a lot. The main difference is lifestyle versus program. Weight Watchers truely is a way of life.

Great! I lost 40 pounds! Their program teaches you how to eat normal portions of normal food. It's balanced and healthy and even allows for an additional "treat" every now and then! If you can get past the $13 a week fee, it's worth it!

It's a great program. It works. The program teaches you how to eat, and it gives great ideas in the meetings. You also feel part of a team in the meetings and there is a great deal of support. Contrary to the commercials of some other competitors, you don't weigh in front of a bunch of other people. One person weighs you and writes it down for you. Only she and you will see it. I believe in it.

it really works if you stick to the rules.....watch your points like a hawk, and you will lose weight....I lost 30 lbs. in just a couple of months...then I stopped following the rules, and gained most of it back. Stick with it!

My mom did it and lost over 85 pounds in about a year. She is still a member and loves it.
