I used to be in a really flirty relationship with a guy at work (its casual tho...dating is okay).anyway he used to go out of his way to attract my attention and get a reaction out of me....doing all the teasing and poking fun at me and stuff like that...i didn't care cause honestly he made me laugh...made me smile. at this point I don't even know anymore if it was because he liked me or not....but now he acts like I don't exist. I used to be able to walk somewhere and he'd go out of his way to say something, now we can be alone in the same room together and if I don't say something first he will just act like I don't exist...if i say hi he'll say hi to be polite but then it'll die from there. I'm at the point where I don't even care if he likes me in "that" way anymore, i just miss being his friend, hearing his lame jokes. what happend? I don't get it. i doubt this is a "hard to get" ploy because he's been doing this for like a month now. We're both 20

Girl, your story sounds JUST like mine almost..but a little different. The guy I liked would constantly tease me too, play footsie, poke me, touch my lower back etc...and he could be a real asshole to me too. He actually asked me out..but had his friend do it for him...on my last day of work. Well I never called him because I didn't know if it was a joke or not, but I agree with you, he should have been more mature and told me in person..instead of flirting like a jr. high kid........our guys sound the same! I'm sorry this happened, but maybe you can talk to him. I'll never see the guy I liked again and I regret not saying anything to him so much. Don't let this opportunity fly by you like mine did. Just get the confidence and be bold and just ask him..what happened?? And maybe see where it goes from there...good luck and God bless!! :)

I am in this kind of situation too. Like you, I also dont know what to do. But I think that maybe he's changed or maybe you have changed. maybe he doesnt like you the way he uesd to because he likes someone else now. I'm not sure. But I also, like you, am very depressed and i also miss his jokes and how he always makes me smile. Sorry I dont have an answer you were looking for. Take Care Though.

Don't know but the best way to deal with it is to act indifferent, and make HIM wonder what YOU'RE up to. Playing hard to get still works. Not mean, just "busy" etc...

He is probably just a jerk! The same thing has happened to me before. He could of been just using you to get to someone else or maybe he really does like you but you might have done something that made him think you were mad at him or something...you know how stupid some guys are!!!

It's hard to say exactly what happened, but the problem is his, not yours. You won't miss him much after a little while. Just be nice when you bump into him and remember that there are other, more mature, more reliable guys out there. He blew it and he'll figure it out. Maybe he'll grow up and be OK but why wait?

just ignore him back and forget about him.
dont say hello if you are both in the same room unless he says it first now.
hes either playing games - which means you should play right back
or
he's a snake - forget about him.
Its nice to have someone as a friend to make your day and give you something to look forward to at work but guys come and go. Let him go.

Sometime people may misunderstand friendly person for his/her friendly act. So, u must ask urself, how long u know him? U know him well? Is he very friendly to others(male n female) when first meet? Is he a hot(handsome, very fit, sunshine type) male?
How can u tell that he likes u? Did he tell u a lots of his personal issues?

sounds like you did not respond to him in the manner in which he expected. such being the case he lost interest because you did not respond. .......or maybe he is going through some personal
issues and cannot be flirtatious.......if you want to know . suggest you ask him. ultimately what ever happens to you in your life. you were the cause. it is that way for all of us human beings. always take responsibility for you self and your actions. if you really want him in your life , go get him and make it happen

Lolz.It is happened to me in these months.It is true that guys are asshole. My suggestion, dont give your hope on him anymore. He found out that you are boring and dont get along wif him. Just say "hi" everytime you see him, but dont talk wif him as much as you used to do. Show him that you dont need him anymore. Ooh wait, do you like him?If it is hard to get him out of your mind, just remember everything bad about him. Im still trying to forget the guy like yours. It is hard cos i see him everyday, but he ignores me anyways, so im cold with him and if its possible, try to get another boy to jealous him. Ditcher wont be worth for me, for you as well.
