I like butter, milk, either crumbled bacon or sausage, sometimes mushrooms, always colby-jack cheese, and my own steak seasoning. Added to the whipped eggs, of course. LOL

Whatever I have in the house. Left over fajita meat, bell peppers I grew myself, can of green chilis, whatever cheese is hand, just about anything.

That's why it's the incredible, edible egg!

Well, yours sounds pretty good. But I just read dont mix eggs with milk, use water instead because the milk doesnt blend into the eggs and the water does. Heres what I like:

Whip your eggs with one TBSP water per egg. Melt butter in pan one TSP per egg. Add some Ranch seasoning mix to the eggs and maybe some green chiles and tomato. Add eggs to melted butter but DONT stir. That just makes little egg balls. When the eggs set on the bottom of the pan, slide your spatula so the runny meets the pan. As the eggs set, just flip them in sections. When theyre done, add cheese and I like to add fresh herbs like basil and chives or thyme. Yummy.

I think the most important thing to add to scrambled eggs is cottage cheese. It makes them fluffy but not runny and adds calcium to the dish (I don't drink milk so I have to get it where I can). Then add your favorite meats, veggies or whatever to spice them up. Their also good without all the add ins and just a little salt and pepper on top.

I have a dish called Eggs "I got cha"...
Fluff eggs with milk, a little baking powder, salt, pepper, minced onion, garlic powder. Then, open your fridge and grab anything you see that looks interesting... thus the "I got cha". Could be cheese, green peppers, leftover white rice... It's never the same dish twice!!!

I also like adding them to cut up and pan fried hot dogs and cheese

Yours sound so yummy! I use water instead of milk, it seems to make them a bit lighter. Add the cheese last and don't stir too much, makes them yucky.
