Question Arabs language.....if someone say Kefak كيفك ( hello / how are you? ),what should we say?

In english if some one say "how are you"
we say " i'm fine, thanks"
how about in arabic?

im fine,thanks in arabic is " ana bikhair, syukran"
not braging, but i had learn arabic in since primary school until now. so if u got any question,just IM me ok.
n,im sorry cant write for u in arabic coz my compter didnt not have arabic alphabet.
