I was sexually and emotionally abused as a child, which by the way, is where most of these symptoms come from. Symptoms do not exist in a vacuum - there is almost always (like 99.99% of the time) an early childhood trauma that created the dysfunction.
I have PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), but am getting help. I go to a trauma specialist weekly and I'm healing. In order to heal from trauma, you must re experience the feelings/memories the original traumas that your brain has blocked and then grieve them...
Once this is done, the trauma is healed and the symptoms like OCD, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, etc will fade, as well.
