I was sexually and emotionally abused as a child, which by the way, is where most of these symptoms come from. Symptoms do not exist in a vacuum - there is almost always (like 99.99% of the time) an early childhood trauma that created the dysfunction.

I have PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), but am getting help. I go to a trauma specialist weekly and I'm healing. In order to heal from trauma, you must re experience the feelings/memories the original traumas that your brain has blocked and then grieve them...

Once this is done, the trauma is healed and the symptoms like OCD, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, etc will fade, as well.

Anxiety and panic and I don't know what the heck I am doing regarding relationships. My gosh I could probably be on vacation maybe even marrying the man of my dreams at this moment and here I sit typing on this computer in yahoo answers to avoid thinking about that.
