I used to have that problem years ago, and I can't remember what, if anything, I could do about it. But, lately I've had the idea of using shampoo on them as well as the hair on my head. I use the same shampoo since the eyebrows are delicate and sensitive areas, and we take extra good care of the hair on our head, so the shampoo we use on our hair should be sensitive enough for our eyebrows. I just put a very small amount on my finger and tap my finger on each eyebrow to get a small amount on each, and then lightly massage the shampoo into my eyebrows and then rinse. Obviously keep your eyes tightly shut so you don't get any shampoo in your eyes. I've had no problem with this method, although, I must admit I haven't had the dry eyebrow problem for a looonnnnnnngggggggg time now, so I can't be "clinically sure" that my method would have worked for me when I had that problem or whether it will work for you. I just thought about it and it seemed logical, so . . .. Good luck, and God Bless you.

Could be dandruff, or it could be eczema.
Get a tar based shampoo from walgreens or cvs drugstore, and a tube of monostat for yeast infections. Shampoo your hair and eyebrows, and then apply the monistat cream. It should clear up very soon.

it's probably psoriasis. try a lotion that has coal tar in it, the more the better (percentage coal tar). it stinks but works. try to get sun on your face. or go to a dermatologist and get a prescription cortisone ointment. if that's the only place, be glad!

This may sound like it's coming from way out in left field, but I would recommend that you get your thyroid levels checked. I had this problem myself, and it turned out to be one of the "classic" symptoms of an under-active thyroid which, in my case, had gone untreated for many years.

try extra virgin olive oil on a q-tip and dab a little as needed.
or go to Dr. for an ointment.
Make sure you are washing all soap off, you can also try switching soaps maybe something less abrasive.

yeah, try an ointment, even though that may make you greasy looking if you use too much, and wash it off frequently, and re-apply. also try natural aloe vera. that works wonders for all kinds of stuff. you are lucky it doesn't swell, burn , or itch!
