I've noticed the style is bangs swept to one side, I think it's really cute. So how do you do this hairstyle? Do you need your bangs cut a certain length? Do you part the hair on one side? Also, do you know of any good websites that have pictures of this hairstyle so if I go to my hairstylist I can show her exactly what I want? Thanks!

Look in the hairstyling magazines for your pictures to show your stylist. You do need your hair a certain length in order for the swept look to look smooth and continue into the rest of your hair...or you could come see me at Frank Joseph hair salon in Anaheim, Calif. If you can't then please don't attempt to do it on your own. There are subtle things a hairdresser knows to do.

I had sideswept bangs about 6 months ago. I told the woman cutting my hair exactly that: sideswept bangs. I would sometimes part my hair off to one side, or down the middle and just brush the bangs aside. As far as websites go, I would try any sort of hollywood website, such as people.com . This type of hairdo is very hot in hollywood right now -- you're sure to find a picture of some celebrity who has hair like this (Lindsay Lohan, Halle Berry, etc.) Good luck!

usually, your bangs need to be cut between you're eyebrows and eyes.

you can use hairspray to keep the bangs to the side. ALSO- make sure you want this as a year-round thing cuz my friend had that style for a while but when she clipped her banges up, she realized that she had tanned and there was a big pale spot where the bangs were.

Have your stylist cut them to either the bridge or the tip of your nose when wet (they will shrink up to where you want them when dry). Ask her to "point cut" them (ends cut into little triangles rather than a straight-across "blunt cut"). This will make them piecey. You can have them cut to part them in a specific direction. When I do them for people I normally cut them slightly shorter in the middle and blend them into the rest of the hair so that they can be worn in either direction.
