In general, anyone born in Canada on or after 1 January 1947 has acquired Canadian citizenship at birth.

no. there was at one time but a judge of Chinese descent noticed that there were a lot of Chen's women having babies in Canada. so they put an end to the right.

if yer' born in Canada, yer' canadian. If yer' parent are Canadian, so er' you.

should be something if you are born there, It seems their policies are easier than US...
