I don't live in Arkansas, I have never seen anyone in the store barefoot.

Women. For some reason mon over age 14 don't do that. I go into stores all the time barefoot. but then we live in a rural area. You could never get away with that at Walmart or the mall

Women. I walk around barefoot all the time because shoes get wet and feel restricting.

Not sure where you live, but it's against the law to go into stores barefoot here.... otherwise I'd almost NEVER have to wear shoes.

men most definatly, (maybe because we own so many filp flops)but girls tend to dress down alot in stores. like pjs or sweats.
