I get up at 7, eat breakfast at 10:30, lunch at 1 and dinner at 9:30, it used to be 9:00-11:00-4:30
is there something wrong with me?

I used to eat like this, and my health improved when I ate on a more sensible timetable.

You risk screwing up your blood sugar levels, which may predispose you to type 2 diabetes.

Also, I would bet that you don't get quality sleep eating so late at night. When I started eating dinner at 6 pm and going to bed around 10 pm, I noticed how much more rested I felt when I got up in the morning.

No. mine change from time to time. Mine are 7-2-8 or 9. I think eating dinner later helps me sleep better. If not i wake up in the middle of the night hungry. How did you get away with eating it at 4? I would die
