I feel like I am still a relationship because technically when you have to break up with someone it has to be face to face.

I broke up with my last ex over the phone...then again, that's because we're in two different states. My first relationship ended via text messaging...so it doesn't have to necessarily be face to face.

did you break up or were you broken up with on the phone/through email, etc?
face to face is proper etiquette, but if someone ended it by any means, then it's still over

it doesnt really have to be face to face, lol i mean theres lots of way to break up with people especially if they dont wanna make it harsh and just throw it in ur face.

Dream on....if someone breaks up with you they can do it by phone, by text, by AIM, by email, through a friend, whatever.
Technically doesn't count in breakups.
If they hint or say they're done..it's over.

who says?? I have broken up with people via friends....my own grandmother told a guy I didn't want to see him anymore!! I have broken up in letters and over the phone...so if you don't want to see or if you want to break up with someone...basicly anything goes...sorry
