I have a male friend (he is 20 ) and I have tried to fix him up several times..( with girls hot girls)...but he never goes for it....we go out and he never goes home with them or gets any numbers....I have asked him many times if he is gay and he says no.....i have no problem if he is....
What do you think?

First off if you dont have a problem with it why do you need to know. Second you have to remeber he is 20 years old. He may not be ready to come out to anyone yet. It is a very difficult thing to come to terms with with all the mixed reactions people get there is a certain fear for someone to admit to it. Also he may just be having a hard time comming to terms with it himself and has not fully identified with it to himself. So just relax and give him time that is the best thing you can do as his freind. You may be scaring him by trying to always hook him up with other girls. Maybe he is getting the message from you that you want him to be straight. Just tell him you will stop trying to hook him up and also let him know that just for the record if he is gay that you have no problem with it and that is fine with you. But also tell him he doesnt have to say he is or isnt. Just give him time. It is a very tuff time for him in his life IF IF IF he is gay. It is alot of emotions to deal with and he may be fealing fear of loosing freinds because of this or worse. Just be the best friend you can be and let him know you are ther no matter what. Dont let a friendship end over somthing like that. One more thing and I will shut up. Many young people commit suicide every year because they dont know who to come to terms with there homosexuality. Please if he is gay dont let him become another statistic. I have seen it to many times and its SAD.

Maybe the type of girls you are bringing him to meet just isn't his type. Just because they are hot girls to you, they may not be hot girls to him. When he is ready to make his move and approach a female, then he will. This does not not necessarily mean he is gay. Give him some time and you don't want to offend him by asking him if he is gay, he might then feel uncomfortable around you. And if he is gay, then maybe one day he will come out and tell you when thetime is right. But until then, just let him do what he wants and no pressure

He might just be really shy. You should ask him what the deal has been when you've tried to hook him up in the past and see what he says was really going on. If he's never really hooked up before or even really dealt with women romantically, it could be that he's just very shy and nervous and doesn't really know what to do!
Its really hard for guys the first few times, since we really are pretty much in control of the ship (for the first few dates, anyway! ;]) and it takes a while before we are comfortable enough with the process and the interaction.

He could be gay. He could be shy. He could be more interested in you than in the girls you're trying to set him up with. He could have a different opinion about these "hot girls" than you do -maybe he doesn't like their personalities (yes, some guys DO care about that) or he doesn't think they're as hot as you think they are.

you aren't any further born gay, so as that meana you are able to opt for even if you may want to be gay. there is isn't a diverse answer. If it truly is what you want then opt for it, if no longer, then do not complication about it.

I think that he's just looking for someone special...Answer these questions...Does he have a girlish look when he walks?...Does he judge your clothes or bogs like a girl friend would?...Does he come to you and cry on your soulder? If any of these questions were answered yes then he's gay!

either he is gay or he isn't interested in the girls you introduce him too, or he is waiting for the right girl, or maybe he likes you and wants to go out with you

I think he just doesn't want to be in a relationship right now. Just him be for a little while and then when he gets a girlfriend by himself you will know that he is straight.
