I haven't really had yeast infection in a long time, I had it when I was 10, 11, or 12. But now I'm 18, is it possible to have it again?

oh yes. there are some people who get them regularly. it could be caused by somethign you are taking, like an antibiotic or something that you are doing physically. did you just start using tampons? just start having sex. use a lotion in the pubic area? anything different in your daily actions could have cause this. just make sure you get it checked out by a doctor. they can help you figure out why its happening and what would be a good way to get rid of it so it won't come back.

Yes, but you need to see a doctor (to make sure that is what it is)so it is treated appropriately. There are other types of infections that mimic a yeast infection.

Yeah. They are caused by yeast, not a virus or bacteria that your body can build up immunity against. You can get a near infinate number of them in your lifetime.

yes, you can get it at any age since it is an immune defect. no, it has nothing to do w you having an intercourse... you do get it a lot, meaning youre high risk... check your doctor, youre probably taking medications like some antibiotics that can cause this infection or oral contraceptives that does not suit you.... or a probable diabetes.

Yes, it is. There are a number of causes for this and repeatedly taking antibiotics is one of the more common ones.
