You want to dress your baby the same that you would dress yourself. If the weather or temperature in the house makes you feel more comfortable with socks on under your pj's then it would be fine to dress your baby the same.
Just remember that babies cant take off a layer if they get too hot, and will become fussy if theyre too hot, or too cold.
I would say that if your little squirt has footie pijama's he's probably okay in this weather to just go without the socks. But if the socks are all that are between those little tootsies and the air you might want to leave them on.
Baby will tell you when he's too hot or cold :)

It would be fine. The baby might not like it because they dont like things on their feet . also do not be alarmed most babies have hands and feet that stay cold to the touch. the baby is fine but if you feel better leaving the little socks on the little feet, you go right ahead. congratulations on the birth of your son. enjoy him, it goes faster than you think.

dress your child as you would yourself, and one extra layer (such as a light blanket). Make sure the socks are not the one he had on all day. Clean ones will be better.

As long as the socks aren't too tight. They shouldn't leave marks on your son's ankles.

Sure. If you are cold your baby probably is chilly, too. Leaving his socks on under his pjs should be safe. :)

Narh take them off, he'll be fine, cause he's wearing pyjama's and has a blanket, if you want when you tuck the blanket around him, tuck it under his feet..

Dress your child how you would dress yourself to be comfortable. That's a wonderful rule to go by.
