Put large chunks in those "disposable" Gladware containers and freeze. Thaw in fridge. That will be a nice treat in a week or two when evryone has forgotten about it!

If you have a cake pan with a lid or type of square dish or pan with a lid that will keep the cake good and moist then put in the refrigerator.
