Domaine Parent -
Bourgogne "Pinot Noir"
Best for a relatively reasonable price that is!

I am partial to dessert wine and recently discovered the refine taste of white wine. The best I have had so far is 2004 Haart, Riesling, Piesporter Treppchen - its a German Sweet Riesling. I believe there are only a few left in circulation.

I agree! Cherry Kiafa. Also Mogen David Grape.
I've never really tasted a great wine. I like Saeturns and Chabis.
I hate to say it, though, Strawberry and Peach wines are great, but they give a headache with all that sugar!

I believe the BEST wine I've tasted in years is from the San Chapel Winery in Caldwell, Idaho. Their "Special Harvest Reisling" is wonderful. Not bitter and not too sweet. It's a white wine...make sure it's the special harvest reisling. Price range is between $12.00 and up to as high as $20.00 depending on where it's stocked.

Hocheimer Domdecaney Spatlese 1971, don't over chill it. Makes all other German wines taste like horse pee.

Jackson-Triggs Muscat dessert wine
I'm not normally a sweet wine fan, but this is dessert wine. Tiny bottle, very high alcohol content, and it's so complex. VERY nice!

an Italian artisan wine in Tuscany, in 1996. Not with a special brand, it was a special production of a family who produces their own wine.
