Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the ground
Raise your right foot and rotate it in a clockwise direction from the knee down.
Now draw the number 6 in the air with your right pointer finger at the same time.
Your foot will change direction and you cant stop it..... bizarre!!

Yeah it's pretty cool huh, just told one of my friends who is at work and he said, picutre this 5 grown men sitting in a circle waving their feet and pointing in the air.... how funny is that?... lol

you can also try this:
hold your hands fingertip to fingertip in front of you.now, rotate your left hand (at the wrist) forward and your right hand backward at the same time. good luck.
p.s. betcha can't lick your own elbow, either

It takes massive concentration, but you can maintain both after you miss the first time around. The fingertip thing was impossible!
