The best music for me when I am at the gym, is my type of music, if you like dance music, great, anything fast will help you to keep going, even when you are about to give up!!!
I usually listen to dance, 80's and even latin music, to keep me going...

I have been listening to L.A. Tight, great beats, I get totally absorbed in it and can run at leats an extra 10-15 minutes.I found them on iTunes.

really upbeat music! it will make u wanna run and feel good! thats what i do! but make it like rap or pop or r&b! so yah well u ALSO HAVE TO LIKE IT!
