well i think that a guy should approach the girl. However does this happen all of the time? no definately not so sometimes it is necissary for the girl to approach the guy.

I don't know. I was always told that I should approach them. But, sometimes it would be a lot easier if the girls approached the guys though!!!

if u really wasnt him and he wants u back he will make the move but if i wanted him i would make the move to show that i know want and im going to get it i find it kind of sexy.
