What is the difference between EN and MM??(Navy Rates)?

Once i'm out the Navy, what career fields will i be able to get as an EN? And what careers fields as an MM?(In the civilian world)

MM is machinist mate and EN is engineman you can work in any engineering field once your in the civilian world. you also get college credit towards your associates degree in a engineering field.
