Genetics do have an influence in how tall you are/will be, but does not determine how tall u r/will b. People can outgrow their parents by more than a few inches. Ur parents would have the same genes as their siblings and parents who could be taller.
A good way to grow taller is Calcium. Milk is a good source of Calcium.
Milk contains Calcium and Vitamin D.
Calcium helps build stong bones and helps them grow.
Vitamin D will keep your bones strong also.
Milk also helps you build muscle and lose weight.
The recommended amount is three 8oz glasses of milk a day.
Don't drink too much either, too much is bad for you.
Enough Calcium also helps prevent Osteoperosis. A lack of Calcium and Vitamin D(deficiencies) could cause Osteoperosis, Osteomalicia, and Rickets.
Bones stop growing somewhere when ur in ur twenties. At that age u can only have strong bones.

Genetics do have some influence, but if you drink stuff with calcium that always help. My mom is about 5'2 and my dad is about 5'5 and asian.. and I'm about 5'9 so im much taller than both. So genetics dont have a big part in it all the time, i believe its jus different for people.

Direct Parental genetics plays a major role in deciding your makeup. However, if you look to family history, you might be able to find your answer. Grandparents short? If so, then chances are you're gonna be short. However, if Grandparents are slightly taller, there is a chance that you may be taller than your parents. Good luck, and if necessary, buy elevator shoes.

Genetics not only influence how tall you are going to be, they DETERMINE it. Things such as diet and activity can influence the overall result, but genetics are the major determinante. You will most likely end up around the same height as your parents. Majority of girls are as tall as they are ever going to grow once they have thier first period.

I can tell you that the predicted height is based on that of the parents
Your predicted height according to formulary is:
(63+65)-5) / 2
128-5 / 2
123/2
61.5 So 5 Foot One Inch if you are a girl
63+65+5/2
133/2
66 so five foot six if you are male

Yes they do. 5' 3" is fine. However you could end up being 6' 8" as genetics is very complex.

Unless your grandparents are extraordinarily tall, there's little chance you'll be much taller than either of your parents. Average height of women is around 5'4'' or 5'5'' anyway. There are other ways you can model....people are hand, leg, foot, etc. models and that is all they do. Good luck!

Height depends both on genes and on nutrition. good nutrition is especially important as a fetus and up to the age of two. these years play a major role in influencing how tall you will become. If i were you, I wouldn't worry.
