If you delete the appropriate key under
HKLM\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Uninstall
you will at least remove the entry from Add/Remove Programs. It isn't always easy to determine which key is the proper one; the name in the left pane of regedit isn't always descriptive. Check in the right pane for the DisplayName. It will tell you which key is the right one.
Typically it isn't easy to remove all the pieces of the program from the registry and your HD when the uninstall string doesn't work like that, but the other registry entries usually don't hurt anything—they just build up and slow performance a little.
So, my recommendation is to remove the key listed above from the registry and not worry about the others. Then, delete the folder on your HD where the executable for the application resides.

There's a handy tool produced by the software guys at Microsoft that will do this easily. It's called "TweakUI", and is available from the below link. Just download and install it, then activate it, and you'll see a bunch of handy "tweaks" that you can do with your system, one of which is the ability to get rid of those entries in the add/remove programs list that says they're not removable. Good luck.

dont sweat it..it isnt that important..the program is gone..the entry in the registry is still there..so the name in add remove is not really the issue..
if it really bothers you buy a disk cleanning program...
