You are seriously asking why you cannot legally have sex with animals?
Lets try the straightforward answer - because it is wrong. It is an unnatural act. It is deviant behavior.
Same reasons why you cant have sex with corpses. Or masturbate in public. Or defecate on someone's car simply because you think it would be funny.
It has nothing to do with "puritans" trying to keep you from having "fun" - if something that depraved can be called fun. It has to do with acceptable behaviors in a society. Sex with animals is offensive to normal people. You might not find anything wrong with it, but the vast majority of normal people do, hence it is not tolerated by society.

It is unless you're married to the beast!! I have to totally agree with the first response though. An animal nor a child can consent to sexual activity of any sort. There's a plethora of therapeutic options available for folks with the kind of sexual ideations/practices you are asking about. .
