I know you cant really take a ten pound one but if you were able to..would you actually weigh ten pounds lighter? i mean i know you probably would to begin with but not for very long i would imagine you would make it back very easily.

Theoratically, yes, if you took a 10 pound crap, you would weight 10 pounds lighter.

I had a friend who took a 7 pound crap (he had problems with his digestive system) and weighed that much lighter within hours.

Whehter you gain it back quickly would depend on whether you continue to put more rubbish into your body through your diet. If you watched your diet from then on and cleanse your colon periodically, you are likely to maintain the weight that you have lost.

Cos that is just what my fren did! :)

Step on the scale. Have a ten pound movement. Step on the scale again. Guess what? You will weigh ten pounds lighter. Guess what? You'll keep eating and drinking, which will add to the weight. If you keep eating the way you do this will be the cycle you will experience.

I'm more worried if it would flush or not and if it didn't what would you do. On a serious note. A full bladder does weigh up to 1 to 2 pound and you can meaure it on the scales. So I assume the same thing with a poo. Do a trial sometime weigh in then have a poo and weigh again see what happens.

haha! thats pretty random, i guess lets see, "if u took a ten pound crap", well, first, you'd gain ten pounds, from all the crap in you, then, it probably wouldn't fit in the toilet and you'd have to give it numerous flushes, then i bet when you were done it'd be the most relieving feeling EVER. and it'd be a funny picture.

Good question. I say you weigh yourself, take a crap, weigh the crap, weigh yourself again, and see if the math works out. If it does, congrats, you've proved a point. If not, then all you've succeeded in doing is getting feces all over a scale...
