There are plenty of good movie download programs, but they aren't free. A few of them include:

It depends-- are you trying to embed it, link it or really download it so you can work on it with video software??? Need more info...a lot of places will link stuff---like YouTube---Goggle videos for example...but that is not true downloading. I haven't tried limewire videos or bearshare video so I don't know if that is a true download..maybe someone else here knows...If you want some old crappy royalty free movies to use video software on for practice get the website from www.mediacollege.com----Good Luck....
