Keep a tight journal, date and time everything you do, why you do it, who told you to do it. Keep it under lock and key, do not let her ever see if. There will come a day when you will need it. All the credit she claimed will be noted in the journal, proving it was your work. Keep your mouth shut and do your job...that is what you get paid to do. Why do you care if you share an email account...make sure that each email has an Identifying tag that no one else knows about, and make note in journal as to when it was sent. Do not let anyone else spoil your reputation by use of a shared account..or better yet, don't use email...not that big a deal AND NEVER use work email for personal stuff.

How long have u been working with your boss? It is never easy to work under such boss so what u need to do is just to bear with her until u find a better job. Which company in this world have ppl share their email account? I m really interested to know.
But in any organisation there is always such ppl. So once u find a better job, u can always leave your current organisation

Goldwing110083 is right on. I'd do everything he says.
Is this person your direct manager or a manager in another department that somehow has oversight on you? Can you go to your direct manager with your concerns?
Start looking for a transfer or a new job.

look for another job, ASAP. I'd look at what the corporate policy is about "sharing" email accounts (that sounds really stupid to me), and fight that one by taking it over her head to HER boss.
But really, I'd start looking for another job.

Rise above it and look at the problem from every angle.
You might be a manager yourself one day.....when you're much, much older.....
Think about it.
