Jesus would have to be a Jew. How could he be a Christian and believe in the redemption found in his own death if he wasn't dead yet?

You know the answer!!

Jesus was Jewish by nationality and religion. Jesus was not a Christian, as he did not follow himself.

The Apostles were Jews by nationality and by religion, although one, Judas was a false religious Jew. They, the 11, were Jewish until Jesus died and the Jewish religion officially ended with the Father/God/YHWH.

Then, the 11 Apostles became Christians, the New God approved religion, upon the presentation of the value of Jesus sacrifice in the most holy/Heaven.

YHVHSHUA, commonly known as jesus, although jesus is not his name. But He is A Jew. He observed sabbath, and all other festivals. He did not eat pork or any other unclean food. Many do not realize that He was jewish. He kept the law in all it is, but many christians do not. They say it is done away with. How crazy is that!!? SO YHVH (lord to those of you uninformed), is changing the same law that he laid down?? Not true! He is the same then, now, and forever!! We will all observe the feast of tabernacles in the future. This is in scripture! The apostles were also jewish. They observed sabbath even after Messiah rose and ascended into heaven. They continued to not eat pork or unclean foods, and knew that the "Law of Moses is taught in the assemblies every sabbath", acts 10. Read it. And ask for understanding.

Jesus Christ was of Jewish ancestry. Christian means follower of Christ. The apostles were Christians and also Jewish...

Acts 11:26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.
