It's wrong in some ways but if it is a possible problem and not something waayyy out there it might just help somebody that really does have that problem and just happened to be checking the questions out.
The really far out questions are ones that just don't deserve any answers and if people quit responding to them, in any way, the nitwits that post them would get bored and quit.

Not really - maybe someone who didn't want to ask the question is going through something similiar - joke or not - and didn't want to ask the question. The best thing is to answer the best you can and just not get personally involved.

People who make up stories on here to get some warm words, either don't have the social skills to ask for help or are truly just sad, either way, if someone goes as far as actually making something up to make themselves feel better. so be it....-shrugs-
We help...that's what we are here for isn't it?

But you never know, maybe someone reading it was too shy to ask the question themselves, and they actually benefit from the thoughtful answers even if the original Asker didn't.

No people on here are generally stupid enough to fall for things like that.
Some people actually think I'm this good looking!
