there is this guy whom i know at work, yesterday i found him staring at me while he was in line waiting for his food, i know him for a year but this year i had the chance to work with him directly...
anyway, the look was pleasant and unlike his professional ( boss-like) looks. what does it mean?

Maybe he thinks you're attractive and he's too shy to tell you.If you really wanna know how he feels about you, why don't you ask him out on a date or group outing?Spend some time with him outside of work and see where it goes from there.Just be wary of dating someone you work with-if it doesn't work out it really sucks!! I've learned the hard way. But it's better then always wondering what could've been.

What do you want it to mean? (i'm sort of kidding with that...) Maybe he's starting to think of you as more than a business partner. Maybe he was seeing what you were eating so he could decide what he wanted... who knows... lol. Why don't you wait and see what happens between you two in the next few days. Strike a convo sometime about something other than work and see what happens.

it means he is thinking about you. Beware though, if the relationship doesn't work out plan on getting another job, it is impossible in most situations to be around them afterwards. I try my best not to get involved with people at work. But most jobs are a dime a dozen, it may be worth the risk.

It means that in that situation, you were the least boring thing to look at. Guys look over women and vice versa. It doesn't me he likes you.
