I was looking at some pics of guys from the 50's and I noticed how hot they were back then. Nowadays guys aren't as charming as they were back then. I wouldn't date a guy from the 50's today because they are waaaaaayyyyyy older than me!

Hey Ray of Sunshine: Yes there ARE still some men around like that, and I'm one of them. As to looking better, styles are styles , and they change constantly- you just are attracted to the 50s look.

Guys in the 50's were clean, and while some wore t-shirts with holes in them, they got the holes from hard work - not some designer thing. They stood up straight, looked you in the eyes when they were talking to you. Oh, and their pants fit - some fit tight,,,,,,but they weren't hanging down to their knees with their underwear hanging out.

Because back then, most people in general took pride in their appearance. As time progressed, they got sloppy and comfortable, at the expense of appearances.. And back then, they were taught manners and chivalry... wish there were still some people like that around today... not many now...

there are still plenty of good looking guys now, and u havent seen average guys from the 50s, probably actors and stuff. besides, now most guys are more immature and forgot all the manners that guys had back then. few guys are gentlemen anymore.

Because they had C.L.A.S.S. They knew how to take care of themselves and they knew how to treat a woman. These days, guys just wake up, throw baggy clothes on, and go. Its a shame really.
