I don't think the 9 choirs are in the Bible specifically, but they were compiled by some Catholic philosophers. They differ in the functions they serve and the roles they have. Some angels, like Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael are in more than one choir. They are, in order from highest rank to lowest:

Seraphim
Cherubim
Thrones
Dominions
Powers
Virtues
Principalities
Archangels
Angels

I'm not sure what you mean by the 9 orders of angels, but here is what I know.

The angel formost in power and authority is Michael he archangel - 1 Thessalonians 4:16; Jude 9

Seraphs, cherubs, and other angels are under him.

Seraphs occupy a very high position in God's arrangement. They serve as attendants at God's throne. Their assignment includes declaring God's holiness and keeping his people spiritually clean. - Isiah 6:1-3,6,7

Cherubs are associated with God's throne and uphold God's majesty. - Pslam 180:1; 99:1; Ezekiel 10:1,2

Other angels are agents of God, and they carry out the divine will.

There are many angels around as we can see in Revelation 5:11 which says: "And I saw, and I heard a voice of many angels around the throne and the living creatures and the elders, and the number of them was myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands."

Myriads mean a very vast number (indefinite number as Dictionary.com said).

I hope this helps.
