i live on a farm and its a stray cat that someone droped off . people drop off 3 to4 cats a week off at my farm. there are two more stray cat with the same thing. so it must be a spreadable disease.

You never specified what was wrong with the cats, but if they are all exhibiting the same symptoms take them to the vet as soon as possible.

A serious case of creeping grungititus - all you need to do is trim them off as they come out with a sturdy pair of garden shears.

My cousin had a poodle like that. It was a hernia. It had to be put to sleep it was suffering so bad. Get it to a vet and hope its just hemorrhoids instead.

you didn't mention - is the cat female - if so it could be a prolapsed uterus - my dog once had it - even women get this problem sometimes when they older.
