Tell him to go find himself another dumb, idiot that he can mess with their heart. I would say, no way you hurt my feelings. So now you can hang out with yourself, when you feel like apologizing and acting like a real man call me.

Have you ever changed your mind? Maybe he did as well or wants to get to know you more to make a proper descision. You may not like him at all after you get to know him. Don't read things into it though. Have fun and forget about the rest. Don't be available all the time either, that will hurt your chances.

get some spine. tell him you're busy the first couple times he asks you to hang out but be nice about it. make him feel what you felt when you got rejected. then he if keeps wanting to hang out with you, he must mean it. so go hang out with him. but dont let him step all over you.

I would let him hang out. I did that with Robert, and we were best of friends for over 30 years until death do us apart.
