there is a spanish boy that leave by me, i like him and i always look at him. 1 day he waved at me and i waved back, then 1 time he was in a car going i was looking at me and smiling then he waved at me again and he blowed a kiss at me. then he stareted talking to this dude in my school and then when i looked at him he didnt look he usualy does so what does this mean, DOSE HE LIKE ME?

this guy is flitrting. if a guy likes you, he does not show it by gestures e.g flying kisses and waves. he would have approached you and asked you out for a drink and get to know you. this guy is merely having fun. if not, then why must he pretend not to see you while his friend was there with him? no concrete reason. so, it means that he has no soft corner for you. you see, if a guy likes you, he can sense you a mile away. so, don't get too excited over this guy and get yourself heart broken.

Well, when he's outside just go up to him and say, "Hey wanna hang out, or have a party and go over and tell him he's allowed to come if he wants, get to know the guy. Right now it just sound like he's thinks your kinda cute. Get to know him and be creative.

Take it easy, don't fall for this guy. You don't know him. He is starting to play mind games. If he isn't then he will wave to you the next time he sees you. If he dosen't wave, then, don't waste your brain cells on him.

I think he likes you, but sometimes young guys don't want other guys to know that they have feelings for certain girls. Back off a bit, cool it and leave the next move to him and see what happens.

He likes you, big time! But, he's shy. Now that he knows you know he likes you, he's become self conscious about you looking at him and he's becoming shy. Help him out! It'll go along way when you two hook up. He'll think you're way cool for doing that for him.
