Prenatal vitamins are designed for pregnant women and should NOT be taken by guys! They contain iron which women need for themselves and the baby. Men usually get enough iron from their diets and if given iron supplements can get iron overload. Iron overload can deposit in the heart and other organs and cause damage! Men do not have a way to get rid of excess iron - the only way to lose iron naturally is to bleed. Something women don't seem to have a problem with. One way I suppose men could get rid of iron is to donate blood. Yeah, donate blood. So ok I guess you can take those tablets with iron and get yourself to a blood drive ASAP :)
