So I met someone wonderful this weekend. She is smart, attractive and really great to talk too. I think this is going somewhere but..i still love my ex-girlfriend. (who also has feeling for me but lives far far away) I want to move on, but my heart is still also fa far away!! Should I even bother going on a date with this new lady, or should I let her go until I can really be free in my mind, body, and spirit!! I have never been able to casually date someone, so it is either all or nothing. Somebody help a brother out!!

are you still with your ex? if not, explore your options!! go on a date... if anything, you could be friends.
