First off, you won't ever look like a body builder by diet alone. It takes hours upon hours of weight lifting.
But plan on eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, some grains and very little meat. In other words, a balanced diet.

Protein and carbs.
Protein to build muscle.
Carbs to provide energy.
Avoid foods high in trans fat, but some fat is good.
Also helps if you have an already high metabolism.

lots of protein indeed from:
- chicken breasts (cause they are lean)
- egg whites
- or powders (look for the sugar content though)
You have to eat 1gram of protein per pound weight you are, so if you weigh 160lbs, you need to intake 160grams of protein.
