This is a non-issue. Very few people have a diet so poor in protein that it couldn't support the protein needs for maximum weight training, even with steroids.

Which brings up another point. Only a handful of people can look like a body builder and then only with intense, very dangerous steroid use and spending 3 to 6 hours a day in the gym, hardcore. That is the price to get those type of phony muscles and only maybe 1 in 10 can even do it.

At most, your protein supplement program should be eating a steak.
