You are going to have to feel it, all the way through to get over it. Honey, time really does heal all wounds. There will always be a sadness when you think of the loved one but the tears do eventually subside. I lost my Mom when I was 11. I thought I would never stop crying. I think back now and just reflect and talk to her from my heart when I feel that I need to. Good luck honey. My heart goes out to you.

I too am sorry for your loss. No matter what people say, such as 'get over it' or 'move on', remember there is no time limit on grieving. Just remember your loved one is in a better place and at peace. They may be gone physically, but they will always remain forever in your heart. That should help ease your mind. Good Luck!

I understand completly, so have I, my older sister and the love of my life died 2 years apart. I am still having difficulties, but this challenge to survive grief was a stronger need. Listen and watch, there will be something soon coming your way to help you process this grief. Ask for help to anyone that will listen. We do have to grieve alone though and this is difficult. Do whatever you have to do to save yourself from prolonged suffering. Talk don't listen. Write. Look for all the funny things and ask GOD could he help them come into your dreams. You will get a soft kiss on the temple. Look forward to it.

I am sorry to hear about this. You didn't say how you lost this person. Death or just leave?
Either way grief is our way of handling loss. Don't be afraid to grieve the loss. In death it may take more time, but over time you will grieve less and less. You will never be completely over this person (if it were death), but the pain will lesson with time.

Sorry about your loss. I understand how it feels. But life has to go on. Cry all you want and when you are done, just move on. There is a long road ahead of you to walk.

feel sorry & sad for you... i m also once in the same position as you, the one who brought me up had pass away & i really feel down at that period...

hv a positive thinking that they leave us & go to another diamensional world to start their new happy life (maybe is quite difficult to your mind tho)... but no matter how, life still need to move on.... there is still alot of ppl in your life caring abt you...

Bless You!!!

Things will get easier. Just take all the time you need to deal with the loss.

Could you edit your question and be more specific? It could be a boy/girl friend has left, a family or close friend has died, your dog got ran over, or your teacher retired. They all take different responses.
