Comment allez-vous ? (Formal and plural)
Comment vas-tu ? (Familiar and singular)
You can answer:
Ça va = Fine
Ça va bien = I'm doing well
Ça va mal = Not well
Pas mal = Not bad
Comme ci, comme ça = So-so
Je vais bien = I'm fine
