He didn't have to create it at all...and he could have just restricted it to animals...but we humans have to poop just like the animals and we were created 'in God's image'.
This isn't a silly question. It really bothers me and is one of the reasons I am not religious.
So all answers will be appreciated.

Spiritually speaking. . . Your questions is another version of Why did God make humans so disgusting in some ways? And also why did God make us so limited.
Well, we are humans, not dogs, or angels. We are humans. By our nature we are humble creatures. We are aware of a spiritual relm, but have to attend to mundane, and yucky details of life. This is to put upon our spiritual relationship with God the need to be humble.
I think of it like how a Caterpillar must feel knowing that he will one day be a butterfly. During the caterpillar phase it would feel pretty frustrating and humiliating.
One time I was trying to get into worship to enjoy a spiritual time of worship and set aside phycial worries. But I had the runs, and had to go to the bathroom, when I finished, I didn't have any toliet paper. I cried out, God! all I want to do is be a spiritual person right now, I'm tired of being human. Where's the toliet paper. Then I thought (probably God's voice of reason) hey that's yous guys' job, I have other things to do."
Shortly thereafter, I recognized the struggle to be spiritual with all the physical limits. But apparently this mystery for humans shapes our relationship with God in a unique way, and is similar to the caterpillar turning into a butterfly. God seems to like that type of transformative process, and he has permitted us to be that type of life form.
That's my explanation. None of if sarcasitc.

Well, it works like this...God created man to consume food. But the human body, being limited in its physical form, needs to get rid of waste that builds up within the body. Otherwise, critical organs start shutting down and you die. I don't know why this is keeping you from "the faith". But, if you didn't poop, you would die. Waste is created from chemical reactions...something happens....stuff goes in, changes form, stuff comes out and some of it is usable and some of it is not. It's a fact of life that takes place 24/7. And it wouldn't be the Lord Jesus Christ either...it would most likely be God the Father or the entire trinity.

I suppose here is living proof of the fecus God created. Lets see what God says:
...............
BIBLE: KJV according to sourses:
What does God call them? Preach love to them? Lets see what God says, to do with them.
You have unbeliever's, Chaff, Scoffers.
An Atheist is a "scoffer". The WORD of God, clearly tells, ATHEISTS are filhty rags they are, and to stay away from them, and avoid them. We are NOT to plant seeds. God knows it is useless and that is why he tells us, "You stand firm against them" ( Jer.17:8 14:1 Iah 44:4) You disassociate them completely. Any Believer that does not abide in God's own Word, does not know God, according to God Himself.
Atheists are "chaff" A simile of the wretchedness of the wicked. Chaff is carried away by the lightest wind, and it's removal brings about cleansing by extracting what is utterly useless. (Ruth 1:22). They will NOT stand in the judgment. They will NOT be able to withstand God's wrath when He judges.( Pslams 76:7 Exra 9:15). This is not my opinion, this is God's very own Words, in the Bible. You know, the BIble? The same Bible atheist scholars quote. There is a reason God, said this. Psalms.1.1-3 Jer. 17:8 14:1 12. 1-2 18:9-10 Prov1.10-19 (vs 5) scoffers:(atheists) those who ridicule God and definatley reject His Law. Prov 1.:22 Ruth 1:22 Jer 18:7 (pull down-destroy) 1:10 (evil-calamity) 18:11
Pslams 1:
godly wisdom here, declare the final outcome of the two "ways". The paths of "sinners" (unbelievers) and the "way of the righteous. he speaks progressively of assoociation with the ungodly and participation in they're ungodly ways.
God said it. End of Story. Jesus Himself said "Let the dead bury they're dead".
Use all the Internet and Dictionaries they want to and call themselves anything they wish. God "defined" what they are by His own Holy Word.
They can hang a dog tag* around they're neck in the pits if hell itself and separate each other by name categorically.
God's Word said it. By God's definition. They are nothing but filthy rags. There is NO opinion.
Hate? Where do you get hate? If God's TRUTH is hate too you, then, so be it. You and God, can and will discuss the means of your scriptural interpretation, consisting with a man-made defacto on a motion of plea bargin I guess. I dunno.

Jesus didn't create feces. It's something our bodies eliminate so our intestines don't become stretched with crap.

Because he wants the universe to make sense, Duh. He could make it so that waste just disappeared inside our bodies, but unless everything in the world makes sense, how would we learn anything? God wants us to learn.
If the world didn't make sense, wo would believe in someone creating it? It would just seem random.
