YES, if you put acetone on open sore it will hurt, it is not good, You are right

acetone is not a good idea for open wounds. If the wound is gaping (deep) and bleeding a lot, go to the er. Otherwise, apply pressure to stop bleeding, wash w/ water to take out dirt, then apply antibiotic ointment like neosporin.

Acetone is not recommended for open wounds. Use a disinfectant.

The only good thing from doing that would be to kill puss / infection very rapidly but that'd be in a very nasty situation (no help near, extreme recourse etc) Though might as well use alcool if that is handy instead.

Acetone will get into your bloodstream and isn't any good for you. YES it will hurt. Don't do it.

if nothing else is available then it will kill the germs but the risks of acetone poisoning outweighs infection risks!
