so if a boy asks you for help on homework.. and then randomly calls your name on the street even if you didn't give it to him (and his friends don't know you) does that mean that he likes you?? what do you think he wants??

Don't jump into conclusions, sweetie... It could be that he is the type of person who simply wanted attention or who simply wanted to be your friend.. Not because someone is giving you attention, it means that he likes you...
If he really liked you in a more than friendly manner, time will come and he will tell that to you personally... Don't get your hopes on too high...

Your question makes no sense. You do his homework and he doesn't know your name? Then he call your name on the street? seems to me that you're on something. like you? how can he? he doesn't know your name.

That may mean that he likes you and has admired you but it also may mean that he wants to get to know you. You should try to talk to him and see what happens...maybe you could be friends or eventually more.
