Okay, if Israel was created in 1948, then how is it in the bible?
Oh, and if Israel is defeated, what will you do?
Because many of you say that in the bible it says israel shall prevail.

Israel was only created as a modern, recognized state in 1948.
But the land of Israel has obviously been around much longer than that -- regardless of how it was divided up, who ruled it, or what it (or its sections) was called.

Please be more clearer on your question. Israel as a Nation, or the people of Israel? Many will disagree, but be that as it may, but, the people in the state of Israel are Jewish. Only the tribe of Judah and Levi and part of Benjiman returned to the land known as today as Israel after their babilonian capitvity ended. The rest of the tribes went North and populated what is now Europe and the Western Countries.
But to answer your Generic Question, the State of Israel will prevail, not because God will intervine, but because Israel has a Very well trained army, and they don't allow politics to determine their war tactics.

The land that is modern-day Israel was promised to the Jews centuries before. Also, starting in 1000 B.C., the Jews controlled modern day Israel. The most notable kings were Saul, David, and Soloman.
