I always exercise at night. 20 minutes of cardio..step aerobics. Is doing it this way more or less effective than in the a.m.? It's hard enough trying to exercise daily and I don't want to wake up any earlier in the morning than I have to. Or should I exercise twice per day at 20 minute intervals?

Morning is best because you'll burn more fat calories but if you workout later in the day its ok to. As long as your moving its all good! Me for example, I have more energy mid or late evening so I work harder and as a result burn more calories.If I worked out in the morning I wouldn't have the energy to burn as many cals...I'm just not a morning person. Cals burned is the bottom line not so much which kind your burning but since you're asking; morning is optimal.

For losing weight it is better to exercise in the morning, because this way your body for energy will start using fat as you haven't eaten for a long time and there are no other sources of energy for it. If weight loss is not an issue for you then exercise whenever you feel comfortable to do so.

Morning is best, it sets the pace for your metabolism for the rest of the day. You'll find you are more alert and energized for the rest of the day. If you exercise at night you are more likely to have insomnia, elevated body temp can cause a delay in falling asleep. Poor quality sleep can affect your entire system. Its best to stretch before bed and exercise in the morning.

I decide on mornings, on the grounds that i have a tendency to sweat plenty while i jog, however the morning air is helping me quiet down slightly quicker. Cardio endeavor is the satisfactory approach to expand metabolism. Sweating plenty is a well signal as good. All the dangerous waste within you comes out as sweat.
